El encuentro de fotógrafos “Fotogenio” se celebrará este año entre el 31 de mayo y el 2 de junio

El fotógrafo José Antonio Fernández ha participado este fin de semana dentro del curso de Experto Universitario en Fotografía que conjuntamente están desarrollando el Ayuntamiento de Mazarrón y la Universidad Católica San Antonio de Murcia (UCAM) bajo el título “Fotogenio Formación”, y como una actividad más dentro del famoso y más importante encuentro de fotógrafos de toda España que este año se celebrará en el municipio los días 31 de mayo y 1 y 2 de junio.

Aprovechando la visita de Fernández, la Asociación de Fotógrafos de Mazarrón “F20” preparó junto a los encargados de “Fotogenio Formación” la presentación del libro del citado fotógrafo titulado “Sin miedo al flash”. Alrededor de 80 personas se dieron cita en el Centro de Día donde, no sólo pudieron conocer algo mejor esta publicación, sino que también pudieron acercarse más profundamente a esta técnica fotográfica con una sesión realizada en directo que contó con la participación de una modelo y el propio autor.

Tal y como ha explicado el director de “Fotogenio”, Juan S. Calventus, “este libro está teniendo un gran éxito ya que hasta ahora no había ninguna publicación de un autor español que tratase el tema de la iluminación. Sólo se disponía de libros de autores extranjeros traducidos al castellano, mientras que este posee un lenguaje que es mucho más cercano y concreto al de los fotógrafos españoles”. Calventus ha querido agradecer al Centro de Día su acogida para llevar a cabo esta actividad de la que también disfrutaron los mayores del Centro.

Sobre el curso de Experto Universitario en Fotografía, José Antonio Fernández estuvo a la altura de sus predecesores como han sido Valentín Sama y Enric de Santos, entre otros. Durante el fin de semana, se han abordado cuestiones eminentemente teóricas ya que este fotógrafo tendrá una nueva cita con los alumnos del curso dentro de 15 días. Será en los estudios de Popular Televisión en el Monasterio de Los Jerónimos de Guadalupe donde Fernández pondrá en práctica diferentes aspectos que se basarán principalmente en el uso de la iluminación y su importancia en la fotografía actual.

Photographer José Antonio Fernández participated this weekend in the course of University expert in photography that are jointly developing the City Council of Mazarrón and the Universidad Católica San Antonio de Murcia (UCAM) under the title «Fotogenio formation», and as one activity within the famous and most important gathering of photographers from across Spain this year will be held in the municipality on May 31 and 1 and 2 June.

 

Taking advantage of the visit of Fernandez, the photographers Association of Mazarrón «F20» prepared together with makers of «Fotogenio formation» the presentation of the book of the cited photographer entitled «without fear of flash». About 80 people gathered at the day center where, no one could know something better this publication, but it also could be approaching more deeply this photographic technique with a session live which counted with the participation of a model and the author himself.

 

As explained by the director of «Fotogenio», Juan S. Calventus, «this book is having a great success since until now there was no publication of a Spanish author who was the topic of lighting. Only there were books by foreign authors translated into Castilian, while this has a language that is closer and more concrete to the Spanish photographers». Calventus wanted to thank your host day centre to carry out this activity which also enjoyed the largest Center.

 

Over the course of University expert in photography, José Antonio Fernández was at the height of his predecessors as they have been Valentín Sama and Enric Santos, among others. During the weekend, eminently theoretical issues have been addressed since this photographer will have a new appointment with the students of the course within 15 days. It will be in the Popular Television Studios in the monastery of Los Jerónimos de Guadalupe where Fernandez will implement different aspects that are mainly based on the use of lighting and its importance in the current picture.
