Unos faldones laterales, una carrocería ligeramente más baja, junto a una zona posterior en la que destaca el spoiler de gran tamaño y el difusor de aire configuran sus principales novedades aerodinámicas.
A falta de más datos oficiales, es de esperar que el nuevo Maserati GranCabrio MC Stradale también presente pequeñas modificaciones en frenos, suspensiones, dirección y caja de cambios en pos de ofrecer mayor adrenalina a sus mandos. En materia mecánica, por el momento no hay ninguna información oficial publicada, pero con toda probabilidad incorporará el mismo motor que el GranTurismo MC Stradale, es decir, un propulsor de gasolina atmosférico4.7 V8 de 450 CV. Asimismo, el peso total del vehículo también decrecerá, por lo que las prestaciones se mejorarán levemente.
