The vultures accompany hikers on their way up to the AtalayónLos buitres leonados acompañan a los senderistas en su subida al Talayón

«Friends of nature» held a cena-gala on Nov. 22 at the price of 7 euros

 

This past weekend more than 40 walkers participated in the route of ascent to the Atalayón organized by the Department of sports of the City Council of Mazarrón and that he counted with the collaboration of the «Friends of nature» hiking Club. The morning began chilly and a little windy, but this did not dent in the minds of the participants who finally enjoyed a splendid and pleasant day.

 

The hikers, who arrived from various geographical and Campos del Río San Javier points, were impressed by the fabulous views which can be enjoyed from the Atalayón. Among them were a few Basque participants and several residents in the town of Mazarrón. But not only were fascinated by the views, but also by a group of about 50 vultures that appeared during the voyage.

 

To complete this activity, the participants tasted a delicious menu at very good prices at the newly refurbished bar in the Social Hall of Pastrana, which had just reopened its doors a few days earlier. All were fully satisfied with the food both route. Many of them will surely come to the sports cena-gala who organized the aforementioned walking Club.

 

This dinner will be held on Thursday 22 November at the restaurant Copi Coy located in the Playa Grande area. This Act can go both walkers and any citizen who so desires. The price for the menu is only 7 euros and during the night you can see a slide show of pictures of activities carried out by the «friends of nature». “Amigos de la Naturaleza” celebra una cena-gala el 22 de noviembre al precio de 7 euros

Este pasado fin de semana más de 40 senderistas participaron en la ruta de subida al Talayón organizada por la concejalía de Deportes del Ayuntamiento de Mazarrón y que contó con la colaboración del Club de Senderismo “Amigos de la Naturaleza”. La mañana comenzó fresquita y algo ventosa, pero esto no hizo mella en los ánimos de los participantes quienes disfrutaron finalmente de una espléndida y agradable jornada.

Los senderistas, llegados desde diversos puntos geográficos como Campos del Río o San Javier, quedaron impresionados por las fabulosas vistas de las que se puede disfrutar desde el Talayón. Entre ellos se contaban unos participantes vascos y varios extranjeros residentes en el municipio de Mazarrón. Pero no solo quedaron fascinados por las vistas, sino también por un grupo de cerca de cincuenta buitres leonados que aparecieron durante la travesía.

Para finalizar la actividad, todos los participantes degustaron un deliciosos menú a muy buen precio en el recién reformado bar del Salón Social de Pastrana, que precisamente había reabierto sus puertas pocos días antes. Todos quedaron plenamente satisfechos tanto con la ruta como con la comida. Seguramente muchos de ellos acudirán a la cena-gala deportiva que ha organizado el citado Club de Senderismo.

Esta cena se celebrará el próximo jueves 22 de noviembre en el restaurante Copi Coy situado en la zona de Playa Grande. A este acto pueden acudir tanto senderistas como cualquier ciudadano que lo desee. El precio del menú es de tan sólo 7 euros y durante la noche se podrá ver una proyección de fotografías de las actividades realizadas por los “Amigos de la Naturaleza”.
