La Plaza de Abastos de Puerto de Mazarrón se está renovando y será reinaugurada el próximo 5 de abril

El Pleno del Ayuntamiento de Mazarrón aprobó por unanimidad un total de cinco puntos relacionados con el área de Patrimonio. Tres de ellos, tal y como explicó el edil delegado de Patrimonio, Andrés Valera; “consisten en la inclusión en el Inventario de Bienes Municipal de tres fincas propiedad del consistorio, cuyos límites aparecen recogidos en el Catastro y con el fin de que próximamente sean incluidos en el Registro de la Propiedad de Mazarrón”. Los terrenos se hallan en la plaza Picos de Europa número 143, calle Teide número 92 y la superficie conocida como “Cabezo Pare” en la pedanía de Garrobo.

Los otros dos puntos de Patrimonio también mantenían similitudes entre sí ya que en el primero de ellos se solicitó a la consejería de Educación, Formación y Empleo la desafectación del uso al que estaba destinado el colegio de la pedanía de Majada “para que el Ayuntamiento pueda utilizarlo para otros actividades o iniciativas”. Asimismo, sobre el colegio de Bolnuevo se aprobó el inició del expediente de desafectación de este inmueble de planta baja de propiedad municipal.

En comercio, se aceptó por unanimidad la renuncia de los puestos número 28 y 29 del Mercado de Abastos de Mazarrón. Ante estas nuevas bajas, el edil de Comercio, David Fernández, quiso aportar un contrapunto positivo destacando que “en breve, saldrá publicado en el Boletín Oficial de la Región de Murcia (BORM) el expediente para la adjudicación de dos nuevos puestos en el citado mercado, así como un puesto dedicado a la floristería en la Plaza de Abastos de Puerto de Mazarrón”. Fernández añadió que la plaza de Puerto se está renovando y “el próximo viernes 5 de abril se realizará una reinauguración para convertirlo en el centro neurálgico del comercio en la localidad costera”.

En Sanidad, la concejala delegada María Martínez presentó ante el órgano municipal la aprobación inicial, apoyada por el Equipo de Gobierno, de una nueva Ordenanza para la Prevención y Control de Mosquitos que “nos permitirá actuar tanto en espacios públicos como privados y con especial atención ante el mosquito tigre”. Hasta ahora, el Ayuntamiento sólo podía actuar en espacios de titularidad pública contra los mosquitos, “una problemática que se supera con esta nueva ordenanza creada para aumentar el radio de acción del consistorio contra las larvas de este insecto”, indicó la edil Martínez.

Urbanismo y Hacienda completaron el pleno ordinario del mes de marzo. En Urbanismo se aprobaron definitivamente, con los votos a favor del Equipo de Gobierno, un estudio detalle sobre una parcela residencial en Playasol 7 y del estudio detalle para la adaptación del Plan Parcial Rusticana a la realidad física. Como explicó el concejal de Urbanismo, Francisco García, en ambos casos “no se modifica la superficie del suelo, ni se aumenta la edificabilidad de las zonas. Simplemente se finaliza con este trámite para dar salida a la parcela de Playasol y ajustar a la realidad la zona de la Urbanización Rusticana”. En Hacienda se aprobó definitivamente, por unanimidad, la Cuenta General del ejercicio 2011 y se dio cuenta del informe de Intervención sobre el Plan de Ajuste 2012.

El Pleno Municipal, también aprobó con el voto favorable de todos los concejales de la corporación municipal, una moción del Grupo Municipal Socialista en la que se instaba al Gobierno Regional de la Comunidad Autónoma a que de una solución urgente a la problemática sobre los accesos de la Ciudad Deportiva situada en la carretera de la Media Legua. La moción fue defendida por el portavoz de los socialistas, Francisco García, quien destacó que “parte de la cuantía económica que el Gobierno Regional debe destinar a la remodelación de la plaza del Ayuntamiento, podría ir destinada a la construcción de una rotonda que de acceso al complejo”.

En este sentido, destacar que dicha remodelación tiene prevista una inversión de la Comunidad Autónoma de unos 625.000 euros. García explicó que “la remodelación de la plaza del Ayuntamiento se podría acometer con 150 ó 200 mil euros, y el resto podría destinarse a la rotonda. De ahí que solicitemos una solución de carácter urgente”. Esta propuesta le fue además presentada formalmente hace unos días al consejero de Presidencia, Manuel Campos, por parte del Alcalde de Mazarrón, Ginés Campillo, durante una reunión mantenida con él en la ciudad de Murcia.PLENO MARZO 2013
